Boxing=Glorified Bumfights. Every one who supports boxing is responsible for this.

RIP. I judge no one. I don't know what his life was like.
I hear ya, but sometimes a boxer can look perfectly fine to his trainers and the trauma isn't obvious until later on. I think it should be mandatory for boxers to get regular brain scans annually or every 6 months.

Sad news. Hope his family are well provided for.

Sad news... I saw him fight several times here in Edmonton, Canada. I saw his fights with Ryan Ford, Ryan Henney, James Cermack & Tye Fields. He had 12 KO losses but none of them were brutal kos from what I saw. He was willing to step in against anyone from 175 to heavyweight. Edmonton already has a combat sports suspension for a year because of Tim Hague's death. This won't help matters. R.I.P Whittom. This is why no boxer should be called a coward or quitter if he retires on his stool...

Anyone who needs an easy win should feel guilty. That is the reason fighters like him exist.

He went the distance with Adonis "Superman" Stevenson.

              That should mean something!

That's what you get for losing. You don't see winners dying from a fight.
