The myth that Lomo has no power

Body shot stoppage with 1 punch in his first fight. 1 punch ko cold over rocky martinez who's never been knocked out cold before moving up a weight class. LMAO. Walters said he was hurt from those punches as well. All his opponents are quitting mid rds due to fear of getting koed because they know the next punch in the next rd will have them out cold similar to rocky martinez. They're not seeing the punches coming and stop before it's too late. 72 percent ko ratio over top opposition. Would you rather quit and make an excuse or be out cold. It's the punch you don't see that has you out.

Then the other posters are morons.
Guys are not quitting because of Loma has not power or love taps. They're quitting because Loma is putting a beating on them they can no longer stand.

I think his power isn't amazing or great by any means. I think maybe he just keeps the power he does have longer in a fight (we've all seen plenty of those 1 punch guys who ain't sh^t by round 4) & with his pressure + angles its a nice combo cuz he does seem to take longer to get the guys he does get outta there outta there (KO4, KO5, KO6, KO7x2, KO9x2, KO10) that would suggest he doesn't have the standard version of 1 punch power that leads to a lot of KO's in the 1st 3 rounds.

A lot of eastern European boxers don't load up on their shots and are more systematic when it comes to ending fights. He hits hard when he feels the need too and if it's necessary

Maybe he does or maybe he doesn't but likely we'll never know as he never swings for the fences. Martinez was in no way a one punch KO. Rocky got hit with 2 punches and this after being hit with 30-40 very painful punches over 4 rounds plus. Hit Martinez with that last left hand first punch of the first round he might not even go down he certainly gets up. It's a process.

It is funny with him. He seems to hold back on power so he does not sacrifice accuracy or something else. When he does sit down on his punches, you can see opponents react to it. He seemed hell bent on stopping Rocky with power shots. He was sitting down on straight lefts until that right hook came.

I think he does have decent power, but holds it back for one reason or another. Like I said accuracy or maybe brittle hands? Maybe he does not want to sacrifice defense by planting his feet? who knows.

See it all the time, people saying "pitty pat punches". I wonder sometimes if they actually know what theyre watching.
