    Who thinks Hatton is Overrated?

I saw the Hatton versus Colozo (I think thats his name) and I dindt see anyuthing special, other than some englishman ghetting his face smacked repeatedly by the hometown champ.

Colozo, other than the slow start and knock down) boxed the hell out of hatton, landed more punches, cleaner punches, and just plain out boxed this kid.

And what happens, the HYPED up englishman gets the ****ing belt just so we can have a new "star" to watch. What a bunch of horse ****.

Hatton has got nothing, and he'll get worked by some premier fighters here in the states.

Sure he had energy and kept being aggressive in the bout, but he got SMASHED in the last round.

WHAT A JOKE. **** HATTON AND his nutt hugging lovers here. He lost that fight, we all know it. Colozo deserves a rematch at the least.

yEAH, FIRST TIME WATCHING hATTON. i was not impressed at all. I mean how does having the energy to run into punches all night long make you the winner? This is my opinion and I think he is a BUM and will get worked. By who, that I am not sure of. I am not in touch with the up n coming fighters. I only the veterans.

It's a tranitional time in boxing.

I am sure Pacman will gooble him up no problem if they are near the same weight.

Dude, that was the first time you've seen Hatton fight? Wow, do you honestly think you can give an accurate evaluation of a fighter based on ONE fight (which happened to be his worst)?

That being said... yes he is overrated.

Your right, it's not fair to give an evalutation of his total skills by watching just one fight. But I know he didnt win THAT fight that night against Colozo. And that is the only piint I am trying to make, and I hope someone agrees with me on that.

It's like when DLH fought Sturm,. DLH was getting worked by Sturm,,and they gave it to him anyways because a bigger pay day awaited.

The DLH/STURM fight was just downright obvious. Everyone who watched that knew Sturm won.

The Collazo/Hatton was a little closer but I still felt that Hatton DID NOT DO Enough to take Collazo's belt. However, he is the one being showcased so it is expected. I do however agree that Hatton is overrated.

So? You don't have to "do enough" to win a bout. You win 7 rounds, you win the fight. Or you can split the rounds 6 a piece and get a knockdown, you win the fight. There is no beating up your opponent that goes into it. He who wins the most rounds wins the fight. Learn the rules.
