Far too often we were given fights no-one asked for. Golovkin - Brook, Canelo - Khan, Loma - Marriaga.
Although the fight I really want is Loma - Garcia... but Garcia seems set at higher weights, so doesn't look like Arum is to blame here.
135 is a barren wasteland, there's nobody there to challenge Lomachenko not even Linares. Hopefully Davis moves up soon so we can get that Hi-Tech vs Tank fight at 135.
Crawford isn't getting Danny Garcia, Shawn Porter, and Keith Thurman before Spence. If they really want to build up Spence then they give him Garcia, Porter, and Thurman then they may give Crawford Garcia or Porter afterwards.
Lomachenko has options at 135 and 140. 140 is going to be real good in about a year.
Maybe Loma fights Garcia @ 140? Without a fight with Mikey, what's Loma's future? Pacquiao @ 140? Crawford is getting Spence Jr. or Thurman, or both, and both are P4P level fighters! We might just see Crawford vs. Mikey Garcia @ 147 too.
Outside Spence/Thurman all can be done this year or early next.
Yer thats what i like about them. Their realistic fights that can happen this year even thurman could chang his tune if he totally dominates and spence seems actually human in his next fight. Doubt it though.
