Lol the most corrupt organization hiring it's own doctor to do the investigation. Hilarious. Let's not get a neutral doctor.

“WBC doctor” GTFOH. That’s like saying my lawyer finds me innocent.

if it was random they will not notify him, if it was a voluntary test that canelo requested then i find it even more bogus to believe he was doing peds.. so either way it just doesnt make sense..

Puzzling as much as interesting, I would have said. What testing agency worth it's salt would agree to test a fighter at the time of their request? Unless there was a random element to the testing it's only purpose would have been as a PR exercise. It is worth finding out exactly what has been said though, because it does potentially have a bearing. It could be more spin of course (or retroactive damage limitation), I mean, Canelo's entire testing program could reasonably be described as 'voluntary' but if he did in fact request random testing within the time period during which he was caught, it would have been real ****** of him to deliberately use a proscribed substance.

and on the voluntary test topic, i saw Eduardo Camarena from televisa on his boxing show yesterday talking about the same and explaining how canelo asked for it just like most olympic and soccer teams do prior to starting training on international tournaments..
but even if he was on the vada random testing it will be bogus to do peds knowing you could be tested any day...
also found this from AS on spain:

Does the bolded mean that Canelo specifically asked for these tests in this time window, or merely that he had voluntarily agreed to the testing protocol in general? It doesn't give enough information to make a judgement - in fact doesn't really tell us anything new at all. Wasn't there some other source you mentioned that specifies Canelo requesting pre-camp testing?

but, is that what really happened ?

not arguing, I really haven't been following that closely..... you appear to have more information than I do

can Canelo's testing program reasonably be described as voluntary?

and..... did he in fact request the testing that happened during the time he was caught?

I have no idea if this was accidental or whatever, but if you could provide more insight on those two questions it may be helpful

I want to hear Canelo explain how/when he thinks the contamination occurred..... because he must know, surely

he must have a protocol, otherwise he would have been popped earlier..... so he must have broken protocol at some point, which should easily clear this up

I want to hear that from Canelo

                  you're onto it

I gotta pop out..... but please persevere with that line of questioning, so I can catch up when I get back

Damage is done, he'll forever be known as Clenelo.

                      maybe

but, I would like proof, not suggestions

and an independent investigation by a TOP neutral laboratory would not go astray either

no reason to completely throw Canelo under a bus at this point..... but no reason to give him a free pass either.....

I want to know how Canelo thinks the contamination occurred
