Yes - but they only see around half of that, say $35 million. Plus that is if the fight is priced at $100, which is another big IF. Wilder has never been on ppv, has no track record, Joshua hasn't either, neither is a big name in the US, so the fight being on US ppv currently is a risk to say the least. Secondly the chances of it doing those kind of numbers is EXTREMELY low.

Lastly - even if it did those numbers, is fight actually generating more for the fighters? Probably - but Its questionable when you factor everything in. If they want to do it in the US and want it to be a financial success, I think they would have to wait 12-18 months at the very least and build it up further.

If it happens in the UK this year, it does over a million buys UK ppv, a Wembley sell out, plus big international tv rights, including RTL, Showtime, and HBO.
