Garcia was the bigger guy out of 2 thats for sure, not the best performance from Lipinets, he should try to get a new trainer

Mikey isn't the biggest 140 of all time but he's bigger than Lipinets. He weighed 170 a month ago in camp and he's fighting at 140, not exactly "fighting bigger guys."
Lipinets is the bigger guy. He is tall, longer reach, and weighs more. Everyone and their mother knows Mikey is best at 135 and that he can still easily make 135. Mikey weighed a whopping 147 in the ring. The last champ at 140 weighed 160 in the ring. If Bud is #1 for being able to beat everyone at 140 while weighing 160 in the ring, what does that make someone 13 pounds smaller who is doing the same thing???

Mikey wasn't the bigger guy. He was the fatter guy. Look at the two. Muscle weighs more than fat. Mikey isn't even toned, he looks flabby at 140, kind of a like a heavyweight James Toney. Yea, his skills allow him to compete at the top level, but he isn't even in the best shape. Because if he was toned, he would be fighting at 130, not 140.

The last champ at 140 weighed 160 pounds. The new king of 140 weighs 147. And that is at least 10 pounds extra of pure fat. Hate, hate, hate, hate.

Honestly you are one the most ****** users on here.

            Totally ignorant.

There is not a good difference .

I don't believe that for a second. Mikey looks like another one of these clenbuterol weight bully guys, and every time Lipinets hit him with stinging shots it was like a lightweight hitting a welterweight. If Lipinets wants to be elite he basically has the skills of Mikey, but he needs to do the same weight bully **** Mikey does and go down to 135 otherwise the weight bullies at 140 like Mikey and Prograis will just walk through all his best shots. That was really the difference in the fight.

I also think Lipinets has bad fundamentals ducking the right hand, but Mikey has some bad defensive habits too. Their styles are a little different but overall these guys showed equal skill, Mikey was just bigger, more powerful, and impossible for Lipinets to hurt. Mikey showed tonight he is overrated and if he was fighting guys his size, he would be in trouble.
              This guy is tremendous ignorant.

Man, you don't know sh.it about boxing.

He was way more than 150 in that ring tonight.
Your opinión does not care . Your opinión is garbage, subjective.

Floyd and Mikey are lighters fighters that won fights because his skills and boxing IQ not weight advantage.

****.ing liar, if Lipinets has the same skill of Mikey he need to show and win titles at leat un 147 pounds...

                Still crying haters.

"I love the most that I have all these options," Garcia said. "I can come down to 135 and unify all these titles, which is what I really want to do. Then I would move up to 140 and unify those titles and possibly go to 147 after that. Two or three more fights, you are going to see me at welterweight for sure."

                    His own words.

It was hard to give Garcia any rounds after the knockout and that score is why boxing is a bad sport. It's not often the good fighters who win fights but certain careers have to be protected. Lipinets was robbed in that fight as he deserved the win. Many people won't see that because they listen to ignorant commentators. The Showtime commentator was more of a Garcia Cheerleader than a commentator and wouldn't say much when Lipinets was landing shots. No disrespect to Garcia, he is a good fighter but not as good as they want us to believe he is. Let him go to 147lbs and fight the good fighters and you will see he is a house built on sand.
