Your logic of "u must be a pro to criticize a pro" is ******ed and old. Roach is a celebrity trainer, I have been to Wildcard and he's not a true boxing coach. He teaches some good footwork, that's it. And he gets his fighters knocked out cold.

Hasn't he won trainer of the year like 7 times or something? He must be doing something right. Also, he changed Pac from a guy with basically one punch and fast hands into an incredibly versatile fighter who became an ATG. Gotta give the man his props.

That applies to them all because it depends on the fighter walking through the door, great fighters would be great no matter what decent trainer had them.

And when a trainer has a great in his gym, then that brings more class guys into the gym and so the road is paved, success breeds success.

First, for people who feel sorry for his disease, understand that Freddie has smashed some of the finest chicks in the game using his overrated status as a "legendary" boxing trainer.

Dude has private sex parties, private strip shows, and even got Manny in trouble a few times.

As someone who been on the mits with Freddie before I can tell you you’re full of ****. He thought me some good combinations and pointed out a lot of things other trainers never told me, he will also tag you with the mit hard if your slipping, and besides that he’s track record speaks for itself if he was a crappy trainer he wouldn’t have all these world class fighters flocking to him dumbass.

He was a good trainer at his peak, and since then his disease has limited his activity in training Pacquiao.

at this point, pac doesnt need roach anymore but its too late anyways because he's on his way out. in fact, imo, its a bad idea to dump roach now. he should have done it sooner.

i think they BOTH helped each other out to get to where they're at now. without roach, i dont think manny would have been that successful and without manny, roach wouldnt have been this popular.
