Told by two officials that VADA tested @Canelo twice more on March 3 and 5 in Mexico and both results are preliminarily negative for clenbuterol or any banned substance.

He's not. Left 2 days after being notified of the positive test. But we now know he was tested 2 more times in mexico before the failed test was announced and passed both.
