true - kinda - I saw Wilder in the 7th more messed up than Ortiz in the 5th - thing is Wilder has lost that era of invincibility now same as AJ did after Wlad fight. They are vulnerable = exciting - or so it goes in the storylines of the commentators.Comment

It was a great performance from wilder. Ortiz had him rocked but that happens in heavyweight boxing. The important thing was he recovered enough and managed to stop him.
Ortiz gave a pretty good account of himself too hopefully he’s not too long in the tooth to come back again someday.Comment

Povetkin makes sense. That fight would pull an audience.Comment

That said, I don’t think Wilder has ever had an aura of invincibility. At least not to hardcore and knowledgeable fight fans. His flaws are too visible to see it otherwise.Comment

Lots of cash and legion of gullible UK fanboys doesnt mean AJ is a better boxer.Comment

he looked more vulnerable than ever last night lol, i genuinely must have watched a different fight cause he lost almost every round, almost get stopped against a guy considerably past his best and who was a considerable betting unerdog. pretty much only won cause the other guy gassed. i was expecting wilders stock to have gone down, not have risen lol, bizarre reaction to it on this forum. the 'casual' fans who watched the fight here said he looked like ****, and they are right.Comment

Wilder is more than he let on to be. People questioned his chin, he showed it in this fight. He stamina, he showed. His punch power, he for sure showed that. Lanky and skinny, this dude is on the road to being the next legend. People will say different because he is not fighting on black and white camera.Comment

Wilder will knock White clean out.
If no Joshua fight that can happen next or Pedvekin in BrooklynComment
