Eh. True. If HBO gots Kovalev & Bivol & other cats locked up then thats a problem unless HBO was showing the WBSS. And Idk whats going on with these PBC guys & Showtime thats got them locked up without contracts with Showtime or w/e which makes 0 sense to me.

Promoters & networks got this sport all f#cked up cuz of paper & signatures. Seems crazy sometimes.

So keen for Jack vs Stevenson now, the division is alive and well. Beterbiev needs to fight ASAP there are so many cool fights to be made.

Kovalev says what he says. Kovalev wants to milk his WBO & IBO belts. He doesn't want to fight higher opposition until all the top contenders fights each other, so he get a higher payday to fight a unify title holder.
But Kovalev says to Kellerman, he's not ready for a southpaw, and he would agree to fight guys like Badou Jack. Kellerman had to ask him the same question 3 times, only to get a; "YES! I'm ready for anybody if the money is right"...
        What does that mean?
        1) I'll fight anybody
        2) But no southpaws
        3) And if it's for the WBC belt, I'll agree to meet Badou
It's not rocket science, Kovalev eliminate the 2 southpaws from the mix:
        Marcus Browne & Adonis Stevenson.
And the only name he brought up as a possible futur matchup is: Badou Jack, "in case he wins against Stevenson = Impossible".

*Sheeps; forget everything you thought you knew about Kovalev, and follow the truth:
Kovalev is ducking 40 years old Stevenson, it was always the case...
Bruh u don't know me or what I think. U could had saved your self the trouble typing out that bs. I don't like Adonis "anymore" because he fights bums for 2 years. The Russian I always thought was over hyped.

          You’re a fag.

I don't see Jack's chin holding up vs. Stevenson let alone Kovalev.

This division revolves around 6 men IMO:
            Kovalev
            Stevenson

            Bivol
            Gvozdyk
            Beterbiev
            Browne

You're an idiot, the moment ward won his first fight at lhw, they wanted him to fight kovalev. When jack went up they were calling for him to fight the top champions.

No one pressured kovalev to fight beiterbiev or bivol but they absolutely do try and throw any other fighter that has a good fight in with them.

I understand where you're coming from but Kovalev has tried to fight Beiterbiev before. Beiterbiev's camp stated he wasn't ready. We'll see what happens with the Bivol situation as he's just emerged as a true threat...

Anyway Kovalev and Jack would be a good fight but he seem to be conveniently leaving out Stevenson.
Yeah, I agree. I watched about 4 rounds or so and I thought Mikhalkin was landing many more punches than the Compubox gave him credit for. Kovalev hit the guy a lot, so it surprised me that Mikhalkin was still trying to fight right til the very end.

Anyhow, I'm not sure who Kovalev is tied up with now, but if he's still with Duva he's gonna continue to keep getting short changed for whoever he fights.
Not really. Kov didn’t mention Bivol by name. Kov only mentioned Jack. Max asked him about Bivol and Kov gave some ****** answer about money needing to be right. Almost setting up an excuse for the fight not to happen next
