    Dmitry Bivol

This fight got a bit overshadowed last night.

This kids a beast no other way of putting it.

Thankfully the Cleverly fight didn't happen that would of gotten real ugly.

I predict many more will want no part of him.
Barrera's a solid, top 5 LHW imo with a lot of experience and momentum and was completely out of his depth. Clinical performance.

Ah sorry about ruining the result.
I'd definitely recommend still giving it a watch though.

Thing about Light Heavyweight division - It's top heavy. Barrera and Eleider are maybe only two really good gate-keepers, guys below them are far off their level - and guys above them: Kovalev, Badou, Stevenson(If he still has it), Gvozdyk, Betterbiev - are all PFP level fighters, true elite... So what do you do with Bivol now? Is there enough money to make Kovalev vs Bivol happen?
I heard that there's big card in plan for Day of Russian Boxing (July 22)... maybe some investors could put up money to stage that one? I'd love it.

Phenom is a great way of putting it.
Exactly how I see the division. I am a fan of both Kovalev and Bivol but feel that would be a passing of the torch fight especially after seeing last nights performances. (Mikalkhin better than expected but I thought Kovalev looked quite bad).

I'd love nothing more than wbss to pick it up and have a LHW tournament. These beasts need to fight each other.

Hard to gauge how good he was prior to this fight but sounds as if he did a real.number on barrera.

I called it a while ago, Bivol is the next big thing at 175, the guy is a special talent. Kovalev is going to get krushed.
