Second, Canelo refused VADA for the Smith fight, the last time he went below 160. I wonder why.

I hope Canelo actually does look to finish Golovkin this time because there is no dis*****g the fact that Canelo was simply looking to survive in that fight, Canelo will need to take more risks and stop being so cautious because it was blatantly obvious that he doesn't seem to be good off the backfoot, GGG took him to school.

I think his gameplan the first fight was probably right it's an absolute stinker horrible thing to do because the fans get ripped off, but If Canelo could actually throw more from the backfoot without being punished (I highly doubt this happening) this would be his best way to win.
Tbh I see more ways for GGG approaching this fight and winning it than I do for Canelo, there are two ways for Canelo to win it and that is- Survive 12 rds, get an undeserved win
- Survive 12 and actually did enough to deserve the win
GGG has so many ways to approach this fight, he could simply cut Canelo off to the ropes like he did plenty of times in the first fight, but this time he could work the body and likely this would wear Canelo down to being stopped.
Then we have the idea of GGG plays Canelo at his own game and just fights cautiously and just jabs and keeps the fight at range, this would be the easiest way for Golovkin to win because he would not have to worry about anything coming back.

Conditioning and aggression. Exactly the two things I was thinking. He can control how aggressive he is. The two go hand in hand though. If he simply doesn't have enough gas, he'll have to step on the breaks with his activity.
