        Really interesting argument.
Well look at the fighters he trained and then look at this "argument." Well rounded. Terry Norris a "plodder"? I dont think so.

I don't know about that. Like Emanuel Steward, he was able to increase the balance of his guys which lend itself to punching power. Here are his fighters. All styles of boxing from technical to pure power.

OK maybe, but Lara still landed a lot of clean shots in that fight. I don't think he did quite enough to win, he wasn't active enough in the final third of the fight and let Canelo take the rounds. However he wasn't running, because he was landing punches, that's still boxing. Canelo shouldn't have complained so much about Lara, he came off a bit of a ****. That was more my original point, he never gives seems to give much credit to opponents.

Alright I'll give you that that they both used movement but compare compubox & you'll see they were completely different fights because Lara is a legitimate "runner" style,(nothing wrong with that but boring af) canelo has ALWAYS been a power counterpuncher with excellent all around skills & neither one was a come forward fighter like ggg.

Both fighters landed about 100 punches in the lara fight,in ggg fight it was almost twice that(compubox is ALWAYS slightly inaccurate). But in that fight canelo landed 88/232 power shots to 52/140 for lara,he landed 38% power shots to laras 37%(both excellent%),vs ggg ginger landed 114/272 power shots & ggg landed 110/342,

nelo landed 42%(insanely high % & Mayweather like #s) & ggg landed 32% power shots which once again shows what kind of fight it was, canelo was outlanded by jabs in both fights as he threw far less than his opponent( while he actually destroyed lara with power shots & his incredibly high42 % of power shots vs ggg demonstrates that he was the fighter landing most the clear power shots/combos/body shots( 54 body shots to 8 for ggg). Just something to consider

can't believe Canelo is this dumb to fall into this?

Sanchez runs his mouth, so do you, so what?

but according to your logic, if Sanzhes such a bad couch, you even worse in the ring, since you were back paddling most of the fight against his man.

I wouldn't classify what Canelo did as running. He did move backwards a lot but I think it was strategic. He also used a lot feints to throw Golovkin's timing off. I don't think going straight to the ropes was a good idea but I'm assuming he did it because he was trying to conserve energy. And Golovkin never capitalized on him being stationary on the ropes because he hesitated to let his hands go. This was one of those fights where both fighters gave each other too much respect. Hopefully, all that will go out the window in the rematch.

CONelo complained Floyd moved too much when they fought. So his response smells of mierda
