You are incorrect. Listen to the Wilder interview where he mentioned that. He said he is confident he will whoop AJ's ass. That's the premise for the statement of receiving the same offer he will get the 1st time. Either way, AJ is the one that wants the rematch. Not sure Wilder cares honestly. I am confident Wilder whoops his ass and so he is saying give him whatever the heck you want and I whoop you. Then, now that I become the man, you take the same too. That's gangster stuff right there.

There’s some proper hom’s in this thread fair play

Every thing Hearn has said is true

He’s fighting Ortiz for peanuts when he could have been making bank flattening whyte

Wilder Joshua will get signed on Joshua’s terms . Wilder has no weight behind him other than a belt he picked up from stivern and a solid win (no guarantee) over Ortiz

Everyone needs to stop getting emotional this fights happening soon . Stop crying

They ask Vlad what's his take on Wilder and he said Deontay needs to step up his level of opposition,he never said he is not ready or he will not fight Wilder and the first video Wilder honestly never called out Vlad

Parker who is not even as popular as Wilder gets 55/45 in the 2nd fight should he win the 1st. That is a 20% or more raise from the current split of 30% or more that he currently is supposed to get.

Wilder is not asking for a bigger split should he lose. Wilder is saying that he WILL NOT lose. He is that confident that he whoops AJ. So, he is saying put whatever crap you want in the contract. When I whoop your boy, I get the reverse in the rematch.

Left to me, if I was Wilder, I will call Eddie's bluff and fight AJ one time. Winner takes all and let the loser fall back in line. Then, let's see who is scared. I am pretty certain that Eddie will not want a 1 fight contract. I am almost certain that everyone of AJ's contract has a rematch provision to protect him as always.

people "say" alot of things. When it comes to actually putting pen to paper, well thats a whole other matter......

You are incorrect,Wilder has been saying he will whoop Joshua in every interview so don't use that as the yardstick to believe Wilder meant he is really going to beat AJ and there will be a rematch.Wilder has been having rematch clauses since he became Champion which is normal,so stop saying Joshua is the only one who cares about rematch clause

Hearn is petrified of the thought of WILDER fighting JOSHUA. Lol.

He knew Wilder was a title holder and he wanted no part of him. He was evasive. by making an excuse to not to fight him.

The irony is that all of Wladimir Klitschko's mandatories just so happened to be bums and yet he fought them all. So what made Deontay Wilder so different?

Plus he held a major title belt as well. So why wouldn't Klitschko wanted to unify the championship belts? It sounds to me that he was copping out

In addition, in the first video you must be hard on hearing because Deontay specifically stated that he wanted to unify against Klitschko at either Madison square Garden or the Barclay's center.

Go rewatch at 8:06 of the first video and you will hear him say he wanted to unify the belts. Here it goes again:
