if they cant sell out in N.Y which is a huge boxing fanbase they look bad
HBO has a show in New York that night as well. Which has sold a tiny fraction of the amount of tickets the SHO event has sold. Where are the threads about those ticket sales?

I didnt say it wasnt successful ,you said they didnt sell out
The previous poster said a fight couldn't be big unless it sold out. So I correctly pointed out that many big fights didn't sell out, including some of the biggest of all time.

lmfao. if its such a big fight then why is there still thousands of tickets still avalible. because wilder talks way mor **** than his actions justify. wilder wants credit for fights that never happend. the popularity does matter because wilder wont take the peanuts he is worth to unify. it has to be worth the other champions while as wilder is a big risk. no doubt about that! he lies about not getting offers to unify then he wonders why he isnt popular. the dude has rocks in his head. the fact that this article had to use all those great boxers names to make this fight appeal to fans says it all.

There aren't thousands of tickets still available. 500 tickets sold yesterday and there are now less than a thousand remaining.

Those are people offering to resell their tickets for a profit. Those tickets have already been sold. The actual inventory of unsold tickets is under a thousand now. Just go to ticketmaster, turn off resell, and you can see exactly how many tickets haven't sold yet in each section.

is that for the whole arena or did they block off the upper seating level?

Anything below 800 is CHEAP for a HW title fight .

Anything over 1000 for THIS fight would be too much bc they BOTH aren't big draws .

Youve never been to N.Y otherwise you would have known those prices are dirt cheap for a event like that !

You are using strawman points as usual and its not working . Theres no reason there should be remotley that many tickets left in a state thats a BOXING state with a venue that holds less than 20,000 .

Show me proof the remaining tickets are several hundred ?

You should have the info now right ? You work in the business correct ?

Ive already addressed the article and agreed with it , im soley responding to another one of your lunatic posts !

I don't know what the original configuration was. I doubt the arena is set up for the full 19,000 considering the all time boxing attendance record at Barclays is 12,300.
