      Very true that they can't force the fight and who knows if they'd even be willing to sanction an interim title at this point with Thurman coming back in May.

          Shawn Porter is rated #1. In addition, he is also the mandatory (being rated #1 doesn't automatically make you the mandatory, you often have to win an eliminator or multiple eliminators to actually be declared the mandatory challenger).
