Like I said in the other thread, Deontay Wilder actually fights more like a boxer from the early 20th century so these 'modern' statements are pretty ironic and hilarious.

Somebody should make a black and white grainy video of his fighting footage and you'll see how well he fits into the old, sloppy boxing of the old days.

Actually I believe, that Wilder beats every version of Tyson. Tyson was never really great, his best win is old Holmes. Don`t forget that prime Tyson was stopped by Douglas, who was also never a great fighter.

Who’s Wilders best win? Some 40 year old who shouldn’t of been in the ring in the first place? Wilder is really becoming delusional!

Lennox definitely had a WASHED UP version of Mike. I think Wilder believes Lennox is saying,"I beat Mike convincingly, so don't go dreamin' beleavin' you can do what I did in MY era!"........Wilder is ALLOWED to imagine & dissect a past great fighter to determine "IF MAYBE" he could've BEAT the guy! If he can describe "how in detail" he believes he would/couldve done it - is that a sin??!

ALL rookie basketball players should eventually imagine how they would fair against Magic & The Lakers, Jordan & his Bulls teams, Curry, Thompson, Green, Durant with Golden State, etc.,.......Again, why can't a successful athlete determine what he would/shouldve done against a past threat - if the situation couldve existed NOW???

Imo, a Kevin Rooney, Cus D'mato "led" PRIME Mike Tyson wouldve BEAT both Wilder & Lennox......maybe Lennoxs size would have caused more problems? of course we don't know for sure......C'mon man Wilder can dream if he wants to; doesnt mean he could do it......reality hits like a sledgehammer, "anyone" can imagine.....

Tyson would eat Wilder alive. He'd bob his way to the inside and destroy the tall fighter in less than 2 rds.
