why would Tyson be anywhere close to top 15 or 20?

I'm not basing off of just skill set.

I base my all time greats off of the eye test and at their highest peak were they the baddest mf around at their weight. and if I wouldnt pick many people over them at their peak weight. prime for prime.

i wouldn't pick 5 heavyweights to beat 20 year old mike tyson. prime for prime.

that's why he would be in my top 20.

Agree, prime Tyson (still moved his head, still had Rooney) was phenomenally good.

In a fantasy round robin of all-time heavies, he would fare as well as Ali and Louis.

Ali always struggled against Norton and Frazier. Prime Tyson would have annihilated those two in the same night. He would have been popping Foreman with combinations and angles that would have left him helpless against that kind of speed. He would have made the Klits look like ******s.

Johnson and Lewis are up there too, but the prime Tyson (1987-88) was a sharp blade to cut down anyone.

Should we deduct Holyfield harshly because he lost to Valuev and many other guys whilst he was in his 40's?
I don't think so, Roy Jones Jr as a guess I say he would easily be in the top 50, not sure where though.

So many fighters to choose from though, Roys prime was something special even more so than Mike Tysons to me at least that is.
