It really depends on how he wins. If he dominates or kayo's Wright then he'd have to at least be in the top 5. It's too soon for #1, unless he does something unbelieveable.

Id say hes 1 or 2, depending on the way he beats wright.

beating hopkins and winky within a year of each other isnt unbelievable?

I cant think of anyone recent who has had a run like that.
Thats the reason taylor should be number 1 or 2 p4p.

Like defeating the number 1 pound for pound fighter in the world twice then beating the number 2 pound for pound fighter in the world all in one year??

the argument can definetly be made that he would be.....i mean beating Hopkins twice and Wright would be better then anything Mayweather ever beat.

No. Hopkins was looking old at middleweight despite his impressive performance the other night. Neither of the two Hopkins-Taylor fights were impressive. Also, Wright didn't look that impressive in his last fight...he's 34 and it's not out of the question that he could be on the skids. We'll have to wait and see what happens on Saturday. If Winky looks like Winky again and Taylor still bests him and does so impressively, then we can start talkiing p4p Top 5.
