He wasn't Pirog or anything, but there were enough flashes that you saw what could be a really good fighter.

Sanchez saw that, made his assessment, and then chose to strip Golovkin of any and all of the boxing craft that he'd been developing, to try to max out on 2-3 skills in the name of being an exciting fighter.
I personally think there is some truth to that. Emanuel Stewart a great trainer would develop to the fullest the natural talent that a fighter had. He didn't try to remake a guy. I'm not 100% sold on Sanchez. Like I said his "we don't adjust to the opponent philosophy" is puzzling. I'm not quite sure what he means by that. Taken literally it sounds ******. Then what's up with this? Canelo didn't stand and trade with us. I makes him look unprofessional because he didn't prep his fighter for a very real possibility. I had G winning by 4 rounds but still. Canelo is a good fighter with stamina issues. A body attack would have got him out of there. Heres another thing I don't care for. Sparring or lack if it. You've got a fighter that is used to being active coming off a long layoff and you don't increase the sparring to compensate. Come on. Too many videos coming out if the gym showing G pulverizing the gloves. OK big deal we get it he hits hard. Where are the videos of G practising infighting or working on his hand and foot speed.

Abel Sanchez sounds like an old double-wing high school football; stick to running the ball on a 4 yards an average clock, and if the team gets down by 20 points, you blame the defense for giving up too much offense to let the running game work.

But the fight could of gone either way GGG didn't dominate and sure didn't get robbed. I find funny before the fight Sanchez said if the fight goes to judges we didn't do our job and now that they didnt do their job and it goes to scores he cries about not getting the decision in a close fight.
Wait, first you tell me “I don’t know shyt about boxing” because I disagree with your earlier comment and then you go and post a similar opinion? Make up your mind ...oh and it’s “could’ve”, not “could of” Mr. “Don’t Know Shit About Grammar”...

Nobody booed canelo during the fight and there was no running. Again it's phuking re tarded to accuse someone of running when they land more power punches on you and literally sit still on the ropes for 1/3 of the fight. If you can't understand those 2 facts don't know what to tell you cause you don't know shyt about boxing.
What “facts”? Those aren’t facts, it’s YOUR take on the fight and it’s all good...what you consider “land more power punches” I see it as “fighting in spurts”...and we can go on and on but what’s the point, really? I’m sorry if it hurts your feelings that I don’t agree with you that Canelo won but that fight is done and over with, speaking of, so is the Lara fight! ....I’m looking forward to the rematch!

Yes if you saying canelo ran you don't know shyt about boxing. 1) he outlanded GGG in power punches so obviously he was in range and fighting in the pocket something you can't do if you are running 2) he literally fought 1/3 the fight stationary not moving with his back against the ropes. These are BS excuses for why GGG couldn't land shyt clean or hard all night. Couldn't land in the middle of the ring when Canelo was outboxing him or as idiots call "running". And couldn't land shyt when Canelo took breathers/showboated by sitting on the ropes and not moving. If he was "running" and then stopped and sat on the ropes for long stretches why couldn't GGG hurt him on those ropes when he wasn't "running"?

Oh lord another alert from the grammar police. A bytch who can't win an argument so moves on to nitpicking grammar and spelling? you on a message board nobody is proof reading posts up in here or wants to hear someone do it. I bet you sit down when you pee. Take your sensitive azz somewhere else if that bothers you
