Injury or not, he's the WBC/WBA 147lb champion and current #1 welterweight on the planet.

No one expected him to fight Errol Spence Jr in his first fight back, but he's too high up to be fighting a bum.

Jessie Vargas or Jamal James would be perfect opponents for the first fight back; Andre Berto, not so much.
