I'm more of a Floyd fan all day over Manny. But even I could see horn-manny was a real close fight. It wasn't a blowout either way a lot of rounds could have went either way. That's what made it a surprising fight. Pacquiao was the favorite by far so Horn made a name for himself.

Horn roughed up a PAST PRIME decent version of Pacquiao on some caveman tactics.......that version of Manny certainly wasn't the KO artist that existed before, because punches-in-bunches surely would've been flying non-stop to keep that roughhousing wildness at bay! Manny CAN'T do that anymore, he's been a gov't official for quite some time now, he's clearly not eating, sleeping, thinking boxing like before - its not possible.......Horn beat up a part-time boxer.

So I guess Jessie Vargas and Tim Bradley are on the Rod Salka level since an old Pacquiao dominated them in his 2 fights before Horn? Before the Pac Horn fight everyone was saying how it was a cherry pick and he was going to knock Jeff Horn out, mind you most people didnt even bother going to watch his fights before they made that assessment. Then once Horn wins now all of a sudden Pacquiao is shot and a gatekeeper? Same thing they said about Rigo that he was elite and would knock Loma out abd then once he gets dominated now hes a shot fighter. Give credit where its due Horn and Pacquiao are both top 5 welterweights and I agree completely with Crawfords assessment

Pacquiao is not a top 5 welter anymore.....thats something he now has to actually prove all over again....and I don't think he can due to his age & gov't responsibilities.... No one knew Horn or cared to know of him well enough to give a clear assessment of the fight before it happened.....the WORLD knows Pacquiao and his body of work, & they sooo miss the the electricity, that they hoped wished & declared it was still there!.....thats WHY Pac was clearly favored to win. Imo, a prime Pac outworks Horn in a not so sloppy fight.

Yes the referee was allowing Joe Horn to fight dirty by bending the rules.

You forgot to mention Horn fought dirty, using head butts, elbows and headlocks and the referee did not even warn him. Horn’s face after the fight was telling a different story.

All his face showed was elation over winning a well fought fight over somebody they gave him no hope of beating.

Horn won against Manny... it may have been a controversial win but Horn won and FFS get over it. A few of us flew to Australia for the fight because we had been following Jeff's career since he first came here to NZ to fight. We weren't sure he could do it but definitely knew he wasn't getting knocked out in 4 rounds like so many 'experts' on here predicted.

We were getting a bit of friendly heckling by some Aussies for being Horn supporters BTW. It wasn't a stadium of 50,000 Horn supporters, there was a huge Pac fan base there too. Those hecklers were pretty quiet at the end too lol.

Before the Pac fight, I remember reading so many comments about Ali Funeka knocking Horn down like that was evidence he was easy to beat. I was at that fight too, Jeff got straight up from that body shot and knocked Funeka TFO shortly after... people forgot that bit.

Anyway, Crawford is a very good boxer and we'll see how Jeff goes. My mind says no but my heart hopes for an upset. Just stop whining about the Pac fight, it is history and Jeff won. ****ing constant robbery comments make you sound like a bunch of butt-hurt crybabies.

Horn won plain and simple...whoever doesn't think so rewatch the fight. Manny was getting manhandled in there for many rounds.
