Tito wasnt number 1, Roy Jones was. After that, we had the Bhop era.
Tito was never number 1, but he was top 5. Then he got knocked out, came back for one win against a decent opponent and after that was dominated again, this time by Winky.

Nah, man, it was 1999, prime Roy Jones time.
                He was up there, though.

Floyd Mayweather - 4 division champion, excellent defensive boxer, has hardly made a mistake in the ring since he fought Castillo.

Jermaine Taylor - beat Bernard Hopkins twice, and we all know how good he is.

Winky Wright - beat Shane Mosley twice and Tito to get him up here. Could lose his place when he fights Taylor, though

Ricky Hatton - Beats an all time great in Tszyu, then captures another two world titles in consecutive fights

Pacquaio - only man to stop Barrera and Morales, two living legends themselves

Joe Calzaghe - produced a punch perfect display to dismantle Jeff Lacy and undefeated in 41 fights. Could be higher but needs to fight more.

Rafael Marquez - huge puncher, one of the most exciting fighters in the sport, beat Tim Austin, Mabuza, Johnson to get him p4p status

Vic Darchinyan - beat then undefeated Irene Pacheco to win the title, looked unstoppable since

Oscar De La Hoya - came back from a long lay off to dominate in a world title fight and looked sensational

Jorge Arce - victories over Alvarez, Hussein, Cob Castro, Priolo - a genius in the ring, when's he gonna fight Darchinyan!?

I don't even think Corrales belongs on the list......not top 10 anyway.

Neither Coralles or Castillo are on my list. Castillo lost to Casamayor in my opinion but got the nod, and no one that got knocked out in four rounds in their last fight can get on a p4p list, whether there were weight issues or not
