Lol...No everyone should get interested in this one, stop waiting on the promotor to say when a fight can happen. We just saw the UFC and Boxing make a deal because interest was there. Some of us still have the tail wagging the dog. When you want the fight talk about it. The Fan interest determines fights not promoters. The only time this isn’t true is when Fan bases support lesser fights in absence of challenging opponents. Stop paying for the BS matchups when promoters refuse to make the big risky fights. They need to see numbers drop. Besides with those opponents we know the outcome, you tube it a few days later. Your interest translates to money. Promoters want to get paid. They will give you the fights you want if they can’t make the same level of money fighting safer opponents. Find some self-control and the best fights will happen.

I think eventually we will get to see Crawford Spence. I highly doubt keith thurman would be willing. I think Crawford and Spence will clean out the division and then fight in a megafight on Espn and Showtime ppv. If there's any fight they should let marinate a little its that one

Sadly, I can't really say the same for Thurman these days.
Thurman is the guy when the best resume.

Thurman: 8 champions/former champions, 6 undefeated fighters, 2 current top 5 ww fighters, and 3-6 title defenses all in the stacked ww division.

Spence: 3 champions/former champions, 1 undefeated fighter, 1 current top 5 ww (maybe), and 1 title defense.

Crawford: 4 champions/former champions, 4 undefeated fighters, i don't think he's ever faced a top 5 in his weight class besides his that are there for a fleeting moment, 8 title defenses and multiple titles.

From what I'm setting Thurman is the guy trying to fight and be the best.

I also think the welterweight division is going to boil down to a big Crawford vs. Spence fight. I think of Spence as the bigger man, but people also say Crawford walks around at like 175 so I'm not really sure how they look side by side. The height isn't too pronounced of a difference.

And no disrespect to Thurman, but these guys have also seen him hurt to the body multiple times and it's a big vulnerability he's displayed. But Thurman is going to milk this entire year with defenses against other guys it seems.

Still a lot of great fights at welterweight with all of the high level contenders, should be a great next couple of years in general.

That is impressive, and I think he is a bit underrated...BUT, It seems that One person is very hungry for this fight and wants this fight, the other person is KEITH.
I think he waits until 154 for that fight

              I agree with this post.

I just hope the powers that be do not deprive us of Crawford v the Spence/Thurman winner (i am picking Spence) assuming Crawford beats Horn and whoever he fights next.

Crawford is a joke he don't pass Jeff Horn! Horn is going beat his ass unless he run like he always do!

Thurman does have the best resume, but it's really not by that much. I don't blame Thurman for wanting to have a tune up since he's coming off another injury.

But his reluctance to face Spence soon and his attitude towards Crawford, saying he has to prove himself first tells me that he's willing to stall those fights while he takes on lesser fighters. His body language, tone of voice shows that he will fight Spence, but only when he has to not because he wants to add Spence's name on his resume.

Compare that to Spence's attitude, he would fight Thurman tomorrow if he could. Thurman doesn't have that same hunger.
