Wlad didn't do anything, he fought safety first. The Wlad that fought Joshua would have beat Fury. Anyone that watched a lot of Fury's fights knows he isn't that good. Wlad was just the perfect opponent that night.

There's no logical reason to have a PED abuser who hasn't fought in over 2 years as lineal, which is why TBRB doesn't and the ring just stripped him.
