They should just wait for the winner of each fight to fight each other and then sanction the final fight as a title fight. Their basically collecting money on the first two fights by creating and extra, interim belt. That's bullshet! Instead of getting money just on the final fight,
they'll get money from all three fights.
The fight's are set; if the WBC wants to wet their beak on the three fights, so be it.

Happy that the fights are happening, and you should probably be too.

Awe Man! I was hoping they would stage the fight in Johnny's Steakhouse in Donkerville. Deadwood blows!

But still, it seems the WBC has ordered a mini-tourney with four of the best in the division. That is kind of hard to hate on.

So, just because they call them both "champs" after the first round, you say F the WBC? I don't care for the WBC or any other of the abc's, but I give them credit. They have mandated three fights, that real fans really want to see, that is between four of the best fighters in the division.

Quit hating so much for a little while. You might find everything is not as horrible as you think.
You really didn't comprehend what I'm trying to say though. I have no problem with the match ups. Their great fights. My issue is why create the interim belt in the same division? They had already said that Imam and Ramirez will fight for the vacant title. I have no issue with that. But why are they having Postol and Prograis fight for an interim title?? That's bullshet! The only reason they creating an interim title is to collect a sanctioning fee from them too.
Why not just tell Postol and Prograis that the winner of them two will get a title shot against the winner of Ramirez and Imam?? No need to create an interim title.
All they wanna do is take more money from these fighters and that's not right! They a bunch of ****ing thieves so that's why I say **** the WBC!
You understand what I'm trying to say now?? These fighters risk their lives in the ring and they should be compensated good. No need to have a bunch of crooked ass alphabet soup organizations taking their hard earned money more than necessary !

They still would have collected a sanctioning fee on a final eliminator.

The interim title was created because the fights had been delayed so many times and the WBC had to mediate between bickering promoters who were threatening lawsuits. Most of the time when the WBC creates an interim title, it's to avoid a lawsuit.

The interim title changes the purse split between the winners of the two fights. So it has a very tangible effect on the rights of the fighters involved.

I like the fights but I don't think it's right that the WBC is taking money from these fighters every time they get a chance. That's not right!
These fighters risk their lives everytime they fight so they should be rewarded appropriately and not have to worry about crooked ass alphabet soup organizations taking money from them everytime they fight. These piece of shet alphabet soup organizations abuse their power and take advantage of the situation! They know they can get away with it so that's why they do it.
                And it's just not right!

Well that's not right at all! Fighters are the ones risking their lives in the ring and they shouldn't have to worry about crooked ass alphabet soup organizations taking their hard earned money everytime they fight! So now they gotta pay money just to be in a title eliminator fight and if they win then they gotta pay again to be able to fight for the title.
                  Not right at all!

That's like saying football players are the ones risking their lives on the field and they shouldn't have to worry about the crooked ass NFL taking their hard earned money every time they play.

Welcome to professional sports. Without sports leagues, nothing would get done. There's no sport where the athlete keeps all of the money.

Have to pay money to win regional titles to climb the rankings to then pay money for multiple eliminators to then pay money for a title shot to then pay money for every defense. This is how boxing works.

Well obviously but that's bullshet! I know you gotta pay the organizations but every ****ing time???
Like I said if boxers formed a union and decided not to pay all these crooked ass alphabet soup organizations any money and not fight for their belts until they cleaned up their mess of having ten ****ing champions per division then who do you think would suffer in the long run??? Boxing would still go on cause there's fans like me who don't give a flying **** about any of them piece of shet belts and I would still pay and support Boxing without any championship belts. You don't need a belt to create a great fight.
So **** all them piece of shet alphabet soup organizations!
