At least we can confirm with absolute certainty that there will be at least 1 knockout on the card.

Same here. One things for sure, big pricey is entertaining, win or lose.

I would have prefered Chisora vs Povetkin but I'm ok with this. I would love for Price to shock the boxing world & pull this off. He does have knockout power & I would love to see him land a homerun punch on Povetkin. I know it is highly unlikely Price sees the final bell but what a great comeback story that would be. The winner gets Joshua or at least the number #1 spot. Last time something like this happened was when Alex Leapai scored the upset on Boytsov & got the shot at Klitschko. It also reminds me of Michael Bentt costing Tommy Morrison his 6 million payday & Jesse Ferguson costing Mercer his 4 million payday against Rid**** Bowe. Bowe went on to actually waste everyone's time by defending against Ferguson...

He should be he won't. He's just looking to cash out. I don't think he thinks he can win but he's hoping a hail mary shot gets him title fight with Joshua.

Pedvekin should have been banned by now.
How many failed drug test must there be before he gets banned permanently?
I guess someone has to die first.

If he keeps juicing he might be the one to die, there is only so high you can push blood to juice ratio!

Price has been fighting a mixture of mostly 6 and 8 rounders. In his last 5 fights, L KO 2/12 (July 2015), W TKO 2/8 (May 2016), W TKO 2/6 (Oct 2016 against a guy with a 22-30-0 record), L TKO 2/12 (Feb 2107 against Chrisitan Hammer), with his last fight W 6/6 with the ref scoring the fight against a guy with a 4-11-2 record.

How they could sanction a match between this part-time club fighter and a fully fledged professional is egregious to say the least. Povetkin will put a dent in this guys head.

LOL, all the morons here with steroids for Povetkin.

The first time Povetkin still had meldonium in the system which was legal and in absurdly minimal amounts that made absolutely ZERO difference.

The second time was extremely sketchy and again in micro amounts that made absolutely no difference, ie drinking from someone else's bottle.

Povetkin got as much benefits from "drugs" as Wilder gets smoking his weed.

If you are talking idiocy, you might as well bother explaining how exactly the stuff he was flagged for is performance enhancing or what it does.

the folks here are saying that someone who takes a multi vitamin is doing the same "performance enhancing" as Ortiz who took anabolic steroids. lol.

They are professional boxers... they are ALL taking this pill or that pill.

                      Think business.

Joshua vs Povetkin is a near certainty this year and it would be held in the UK... money.

Hearn needs the public to see Povetkin, for whom it would be the very first time.

Povetkin needs to look extra dangerous.... Price needs his "shot" at stardom but mostly needs to be cashed out.

This is a win for EVERYONE!
