In '06 at 135, Mayweather would have eaten Pacquiao alive. Pac has a much better chance right now.

Considering the weight both fighter are fight at now, and that the fight would have been 135 pounds, I don't think so.

Correction. This was before the Judah fight. He was still fighting at 140, and said he would TRIM DOWN to 135. They would be meeting half way, and if anything Floyd would have been at a disadvantage. Losing weight kills a boxer much more than gaining it. At least you can adjust to gaining weight.

Correction, PBF first fight at ww was in 05 against Mitchell.

Mayweather would have came back down to 135 to fight Pacquiao, just as he was willing to go up to 147 to fight Mosley or DLH, even though DLH made it 154

Damn, why do I always forget about that Mitchell fight? Well then the thread starter must have found this article from 2005 because there's no way Floyd can trim down from 147 to 135 without being a zombie, unless he was taking Pacquiao lightly or something...

Seems like in 2010 neither fighter wanted this fight to happen. If the fight happens now it may be better though. The fight wouldn't have been nearly as huge back in '06.

2006.. Why is a WW 147 fighter who can go up to 154 calling someone out who fights a 130 super feather weight...

Even the Die hard Floyd fans can see something wrong with this..
