It really does not matter what Eubank might have said or done, you just need to compare the 2 resumes objectively.

Both guys are the same age, BJS has been a British, Commonwealth and World Champion, is undefeated and has some very decent wins (including Eubank).

Eubank has lost to BJS and his best win is Abraham....oh and is is the IBO World Champion which is a cereal box belt.
