Guess the IBF is relentless lol

Oh well, I like it for the spring/summer.

He's undefeated, a pretty big WW, it'll be in Texas, and he's Latino.

Didn't think they'd bump Ocampo up two spots, but it's IBF we're talking about. Staying busy is all that matters for Spence right now.

My beef ain't with Spence he has ZERO control of his career right now he fights who Haymon tells him. Haymon made him sit out almost all last year and has lined up 2 back to back bum fights for 2018. And made him sit out 9 months to go after a IBF title rather then get him a direct title shot with one of the other champs he controls at welterweight. Then sat out 8 more months just to fight Peterson. While guys like Rios, Peterson, Granados ect don't have to wait around for mandatories for title shots they jump the red tape because they down with Haymon. You can't in 1 breathe tell me how powerful Haymon is and then tell me in the 1 division where he has the biggest strong hold on he can't get his best fighter better fights?
Thurman had that injury. Who did you want Spence to fight during those 9 months?

Watched about three of his fights on YouTube (when I heard about the Ponomarev eliminator) He's got some solid skills, but this will be too much for him. He's only like 23, so his future is bright imo. Btw, Spence will fight 3 times this year.

If it is in Dallas, I am going. Boxing fans have to support the guys who are willing and trying to fight the best. In the IBF rules, champions have a year to satisfy their mandatory. Everyone knew this time was coming...

Spence says he wants to fight three times this year. He took out Peterson which everyone expected, he will KO Ocanto, and hopefully the end of the year sees him in there with a more competitive opponent. Mikey Garcia says he wants it, so lets see if he keeps his word or if Haymon even tries to make that fight.
Glad to see you're one of the consistent ones

IBF should have ranked Porter number 1 and made him the mandatory since Porter was claiming he wasn't ranked in the IBF so he could avoid the fight. Wonder what Porter would have done then.

Exactly some of these posters are just b*tching for no reason (or to hate on Spence or Haymon). We've seen A LOT of IBF mandatories of this caliber. It's not Ocampo's fault Ponomarev b*tched out twice.

So there is NOBODY in Haymon's entire Welterweight stable other then Thurman who is better then Peterson? Son please.
