garbage and total waste of time fight. But why does Spence need to depend on rankings and belt orgs for fights when Haymon owns most of the entire division? If Haymon wanted to he could make Spence vs Danny, Spence vs Porter, Spence vs Thurman, ect. Spence has no control over fights with Top Rank and other promoter fighters because politics and networks are real road blocks. But what point is being with Haymon if you can't have access to his top fighters? Most of which are fighting only once a year anyway. Hate on Arum all you want but he makes his top guys all fight each other you will get a round robin of Crawford, Horn, Pac with rematches and probably trilogies. Where there is a strong chance that Spence isn't allowed to fight any of the top guys under Haymon in 2018, just like he didn't in 2017 or 2016. Haymon will sacrifice guys he don't care about like Peterson but it looks like Haymon is scared that Spence will ruin his other guys so he's not making those fights. I don't for 1 moment think the fighters are scared.Comment

Ibf is probably the most strict about their mandatories. Are you saying he should drop his belt? Porter and Thurman don't wanna fight him this year. Danny mightgarbage and total waste of time fight. Might as well just take it, hope Thurman looks good in his comeback fight, and push for Thurman in the fall/winterComment

He wouldn't have to drop the belt and my beef isn't with Spence he has no control over his career. My question is why the phuk Spence fighting Peterson and Danny fighting Rios, and Thurman fighting Vargas, and Porter fighting Granados? Those are fights NOBODY wants and all mismatches. Let Rios, Peterson, Vargas, Granados fight each other and make Spence vs Danny, Porter, Thurman. These fights would happen now if Haymon wanted them to. Haymon owns all the belts why the phuk did Spence have to put his career on hold and wait for mandatory status for the IBF in the first place for his title shot? We see guys connected to Haymon jump the red tape and get direct title shots all the time.
The idea that Spence has to wait for a title shot and then stay inactive the rest of the entire 2017 and now in 2018 you might get Spence vs old career 140 Peterson who just moved up and has been inactive for 2 years and some bogus IBF mandatory when his adviser is Al Haymon and he controls the entire 147 division is just ******.Comment

Are you saying he should drop his only bargaining chip (IBF belt)? These dudes already won't fight him, with no belt they definitely ducking Errol.garbage and total waste of time fight. I get that Ponomarev ducked the eliminator but that doesn't just mean the IBF should get to say "**** it" and give the shot straight to Ocampo. Keep going down the list until someone accepts. Literally anyone in the IBF rankings would be Ocampo's best opponent to date, maybe excepting that Hungarian who Skeete is facingComment

But he's staying active doe. All I heard the lead up to the Brook fight and after the Brook fight until the Peterson fight was Spence needs to stay active. Now he's active doe!garbage and total waste of time fight. But why does Spence need to depend on rankings and belt orgs for fights when Haymon owns most of the entire division?
