I think Thurman does have a chance but he is susceptible to body punches and Spence has a beautiful straight left and left hook to the body. It also doesn't seem like Thurman is too enthusiastic about fighting Spence which sucks.

He said 2019 after he goes through rehabilitation, fight a tune-up or two, and then fight Porter. Where do you guys get the vibe that Thurman doesn't want to fight Spence?

i dont see anybody at 147 backing him up so I guess we'll never see spence in that predicament unless he goes up to 160. what spence did show vs peterson is underrated foot speed and a surgical ability at cuttin the ring. golovkin is also amazing at cuttin ring but vs canelo it seems he forgot cuz canelo was dancing circles around him.

Which is what Thurman will do against Spence. Thurman's foot speed and footwork is superior to Canelo's that's for sure.
