Why doesn't Terence Crawford try to get into the IBF rankings?

Now that he has moved up to 147 he doesn't absolutely HAVE to go the WBO route.

He's bout to fight for the WBO title, why get into the IBF he'll be there over a year before fighting for a title.

Because he can easily win the WBO title against Jeff Horn, Crawford vs Spence is the fight to make, but it's better for both sides if Crawford has a title on the line, also I believe that both Arum and Haymon know that either fighter is the most dangerous fight for the other, so don't be surprised if they don't fight.

Arum only deals with the WBO, and they gave him a direct route to another fighter associated with Arum..why act like he has a choice?

Is there any particular reason that Arum only deals with the WBO?

He has the title shot in place immediately. No-brainer for him.

Because he's got them in his pocket more than likely.

The WBO immediatlely stripped Floyd when he beat Pacquaio, then Pacquaio and Bradley fought for the vacant WBO Title in his very next fight despite coming off a loss.

Shows you how much influence Arum has on them.

He had the IBF belt 140. Can't can get an immediate title shot from the IBF at 147 since there are no mandatory's for Spence's belt right now?

Correction it was Bradley and Vargas( both Arum guys at the time) which is even worse. Then when Bradley gave it up to fight Pac for a third time Vargas( still an Arum guy) got another crack at it despite losing.

                    Edit
But when it comes too Bud when your the WBO champ in another weight class per there rules you automatically become Mando in the next division you fight in Andrade tried this but then back out.
