!47 yes for sure. 154 probably. 160. No, not in my opinion. He is a welterweight and a damn good one but there are some damn good full sized middleweights like GGG, Canelo and Jacobs that are naturally much bigger men than Spence. They are very good and their 13 pound weight advantage would be hard for even Spence to overcome. I'll bet money on Spence to beat anybody 154 pounds and down. He is a fully grown man and isn't likely to grow into a middleweight.

If he isn't a hell of a lot better than Lacy then he fooled me because I thought he was the best welterweight in the world years ago and I haven't changed my mind. Peterson said he was the best fighter he ever fought and Peterson fought Garcia, Matthysse and Bradley.

Spence has beaten top level guys.

Jeff Lacy has literally zero wins over ranked opponents.

He's the best Welterweight in the world and already beaten his toughest test in Brook imo but 154? 160? I don't think so.
He's very good, maybe one day p4p but GGG, BJS, Charlo, Andrade, Lara are too much. Weight divisions are there for a reason a lot of those cats at 154 are MWs they're hydrating back to the 170s.

Kell Brook and Peterson alone are levels above anyone Lacy beat.

Lacy literally has no decent wins. He has no wins on the level of Algeri or Bundu even.

Does he even have a win on the level of Chris Van Heerden? I genuinely don't think he does.

Their hype isn't comparable either because again Spence has beaten good fighters. Lacy has never beaten even a half decent fighter.
