AJ vs Klitschko did about $10-11m live gate revenue.

The live gate for AJ v Vlad was between 9 - 10 million.

These UK fans know where the real money is theoretically. That's why Hearn is praising Wilder v. Ortiz. He sees the ratings and attendance Wilder did with Stiverne. Hell be watching March 3rd very closely. I think if Wilder clears 1 million viewers and attendance about 14k (very doable even with the HBO/MSG card on), Hearn will be talking even more bullishish on the Vegas move. (Although we might have to wait longer for the fight)

He wants that potential jackpot badly lol I respect his hustle though.

Priced $65/$75 on PPV, how many buys needed are we actually talking about needing to match the UK numbers (ignoring for a moment that, not unlike Ricky Hatton, the UK audience will still buy a ton of PPVs, even for an event that'd run, live, 2am-4am).

Given from the week after Canelo's PPV through the end of August, for the general sports press to sell to the public on the first undisputed heavyweight championship fight in 15 years, between two charismatic guys who knock their opponents dead, and I have no doubt that 500k PPV buys is a pretty guaranteed sell.

Because you're selling more than just a Deontay Wilder title defense
Yes it has been said,1 Million UK PPV Buys can be matched by 300K US PPV Buys because of the Price difference in PPVs.This is even before the Ticket Pricing difference etc.Short Story is if it goes well in Vegas,it's mile above anything in London

'Nobody in America cares' all of you Americans are idiots. You guys are the reason why this fight is not happening, because Showtime dont think this Fight will generate any big PPV Numbers because you the Americans are not going to buy this fight.I do know the Pricing system in America regarding Boxing/Sports in General so i know that can be hard. But this fight will happen once their is a good chance that you guys will actually buy this fight in Numbers.Hearn and Joshua have done their job, they are bringing UK PPV,3 Belts,Fans and European Coverage.

If you ain't popular how do you sell a fight? Been popular means more fans and haters to come to watch you fight, more endorsement deals and much $$$.

I think the fight would happen in america, but the TV companies and vegas would to put the money out there to entice both boxers and everyone involve.

At the same time they have to make sure they don't lose money on that fight if it happens in america. Joshua is a SKY fighters and they too would want a piece of the pie.
