" anyone from 154-168.... (IF, they stand still) "

" nobody at 160 can go 12 with GGG (IF, they stand still) "

" GGG can knock out cruiser-weights (IF, they stand still) "

    now I get it.....

they were not lies, they were half-truth's

Could say the same about not finding any. I mean how the **** can you win the fight when landing no clean hard punches?

Stamina is his only issue, fix that and I think it’s a easy fight... only thing is, stamina is one of those things like raw power, you have it or you don’t... good luck to both men
SMH, there’s a reason why Candelita’s team hasn’t made the rematch and it’s not because they think she’ll win easily.

according to the article, GGG lost the pen that Saunders gave him

But I guess being the biggest draw in boxing gives Canelo a pass on all those tough fights.
Canelo can fight whomever he wants and do monster business at this point. If Golovkin doesn't want to fight, with no obligation to anyone else, Canelo could fight David Lemieux, May 5th, in Las Vegas, and still make his money.

His "promoter" doesn't call the shot, he does; unless his camp let themselves get finessed out of the 85/15 deal that was in place with Schaefer, the Mexico TV, the Tecate deal and HBO deal are all signed through Alvarez or Canelo Promotions.

If Alvarez wants to fight Billy Joe Saunders, and he and his camp believe they have a plan to win, there's nothing that Golden Boy can actually do to block the fight; unless Saunders simply refuses the money that'd be offered by Alvarez (if the pattern of other UK fighters holds, Saunders is likely looking at $2m-$2.5m plus the full UK rights to the fight, which would be worth whatever Warren/Saunders can get BT to pay).

Alvarez is sitting on the money, and is nearly bulletproof to his fans (as long as he fights well). If he wants the tough fights, the tough fights will happen if folks agree to the number that he's offering to fight. If they don't agree, he moves on to the next tough fight.

Golovkin's options are limited; he's not really all that much of a draw in his own right, and he currently owes mandatory obligations to each of the three organizations whom he carries the belt of.

If the Alvarez fight doesn't happen, he either has to fight Billy Joe Saunders for the the WBO belt or stake his belts against WBC mandatory challenger Jermall Charlo (if he chooses to fight Saunders, Charlo faces Centeno Jr for the WBC interim belt and the winner fights for the undisputed middleweight championship next or simply gets the WBC 160lb belt).

After that, he's left to fight Derevyanchenko and Murata in his next two fights, in whatever order (knowing Arum's mo, he likely holds off on pushing Murata's shot until the last moment to see if his guy can get a vacant title shot on Arum's show or simply elevated to champion).

exactly, did they want him to stand still with his hands behind his back?

Years later and people are still saying if Canelo fixes his stamina, he'll do this or that. Face it, he'll never have stamina for 3 minutes a round. That's one of his biggest downfalls and it's always going to be there
