I think both fighters want the fight it’s Hearn that doesn’t for some reason. Maybe someday.

Nobody with any understanding of how this business works actually believes Wilder won't move off of 50/50. He's just hyping the fight. Parker demanded 50/50 as well and that didn't stop the fight from happening. Wilder will get 60/40. The fight just isn't happening next because there was no reason to do the fight next when Parker is the easier win and it makes the Wilder fight bigger.

He's also the WBO mandatory. Which if we're going to keep these heavyweight titles in tact, unified mandatories are needed as often as possible.

I never believed Ward-Kovalev was a big fight. It was HBO entering into a conspiracy with Ring magazine to try to invent a lineal champion out of thin air, despite the public knowing Adonis Stevenson was the real champion.

Ward had no fanbase. Kovalev had no fanbase. It wasn't a fight anybody wanted. It wasn't a fight anybody had been dreaming of. It was built up with a bunch of tune ups nobody cared about. It was promoted by two of the worst promoters in boxing. That fight never had a prayer and anybody that thought otherwise was lapping up HBO propaganda hook line and sinker.
It may make a bit more money than the Parker fight, but that's no guarantee.

What Guarantees can you make that the fight will be a PPV hit in America?

Well Wilder doesn't seem to be budging from his 50/50 stance. That's all we have to go on at the minute.

Thats handy. Has there been any developments on the IBF ordering Pulev/Miller final eliminator? Thought theyd try to put it on Jacobs card

Wilder is known in the US. His ratings show that. Nothing but highlight KO's. AJ is known for beating Wlad but that's it. However, he does have a nice following in the UK and makes more $ than Wilder.

You're either a hater or know nothing about this industry. Wilder is American. Parker is from New Zealand. Wilder has the most recognized belt. Parker has the least recognized belt. AJ-Parker isn't a full unification. AJ-Wilder would crown the first undisputed champion since 1999 and the first four belt world heavyweight champion in history. AJ-Wilder is definitely the bigger fight.

I said the PPV would do respectable numbers. Had the fight been in March, it wouldn't have been ready for PPV (and it wouldn't have been for the undisputed title).

But a couple more fights each? And they meet in November on PPV for the undisputed title? They'll easily do a few hundred thousand PPV buys in the US, if not half a million. You're underestimating just how much main****** media coverage this fight would get. Undefeated vs Undefeated for the undisputed title? And an American is one of the fighters? It will be treated as a massive main****** sporting event.

Not that I've heard, but I haven't really been paying attention to the IBF's plans for the next mandatory. I know Pulev's team is trying to take the position that they shouldn't have to fight an eliminator and should be allowed to just sit and wait.

Why would he publicly budge right now when the fight is so far away from being seriously negotiated?

                      The split won't prevent AJ-Wilder. Both sides know it's a 60/40 fight.

The only thing that will prevent the fight is one of them losing, or HBO offering Hearn 18 dates a year for the exclusive US rights to his stable.
