Lubin's young and talented, hopefully he'll be back. The problem is a first round knockout like he suffered makes a guy start thinking about keeping his hands at home, and a puncher like Lubin has to let his hands go .

It depends on his mentality and character. If he rationalizes it by thinking he was too young, too early for such a big fight and that he was simply caught and that it was to the top guy, and feels he can get bounce back and has a positive outlook, then sure he can have a career. His return fight may tell us where he is mentally.

Lubin will be fine, I think he works his way back and become Champion but he has to really get active, fight 3-4 times this year then look to step up again maybe 2019. Even when you dip that low protect yourself, don't assume the ref will jump in quickly or that you can't be hit when you're that low.

It is NO WAY you expect a punch to land when you're this low so he let his guard down. Should've dipped and quickly came back up with a Clinch but instead he stayed down their. Lesson Learned!
Yeah, but Lewis had no business getting stopped by a journeyman. Lubin got stopped by someone who could beat him again. Not to mention there are other boxers in the division that could beat him. His future doesn't look bright considering who he'll have to face once he gets back on track.

If he is ok mentally then he needs to get back in right away. He didn’t take a beating. He took a shot to the temple. He wasn’t or didn’t take a prolong beating like Jeff Lacy took against Joe calzaghe.

This thread is what boxing has become and people cry about nobody watching. Hardcore fans are swearing off a 22 year old fighter with one loss in a championship fight.

Lubin is a super talent. Maybe have problems about his chin. In the elite without a great chin is imposible to succes. But, we dont now about his chin yet. The are lot of examples of fighthers that at the beginin seems to have the amir khans chin and at then end up having a great one!! Lubin still being a young super talent prospect!! Just give him time.

Well we shall see, I totally disagree! It was "Over" for Daniel Jacobs after Pirog knocked him out and for Sadam Ali when Jesse Vargas stopped so fans have a very long track record of being wrong and not knowing **** particularly on this forum Just Saying...

Casual Fans who jump from bandwagon to bandwagon, of course on this forum people will say "HE IS DONE" at 22 years old

he'll probably beat up a few bums and if he isn't one himself should win a world title
