Ortiz; even if there are very real questions with regards to just how well he can perform.

Ortiz is the better skilled guy ,by far harder to push around and is overal much better at controlling fights , hes barely lost any rounds while Parker struggles in almost every fight .

Parker has the better overall resume but looking at the fighters themselves , Ortiz poses the bigger challenge ,i see no performance to think otherwise . Getting a W on him is not as easy as suggested ,hes still a top 3 fighter and has a far better understanding of range and taking away someones jab than Parker does .
Based on what evidence .. a plodding points win over Malik Scott who was walked down and KTFO by Chisora and Wilder?

Parker I'd say Ortiz has Looked shot recently and has heart problems plus has never held a world title. Parker is a world champion younger arguably been in with better competition

It's clearly Ortiz, he's the more dominant fighter and Bryant Jennings would beat everyone on Parker's resume and Parker has really already lost twice to Ruiz Jr and Takam

ortiz is a much better fighter. he's got power, lots of amateur experience, chin looks good.

parker isn't particularly fast, but i guess you can say he's faster than ortiz, who is slow. but timing beats speed. bryant jennings was a very athletic fighter, for example, and ortiz was able to time him. certainly more athletic than parker, was jennings.

Am definitely going with Ortiz. He might be old but he is still dangerous.

Based on a 6 inch reach difference and southpaw style which has better take away jab ability bc Ortiz has a better and direct jab than Parker . Wilder relies on his arm length and wont have that advantage here .

On top of that the skill level between Joshua and Parker isnt close . Ortiz IS more skilled than Wilder therefore its a better win.
