Errol Spence "Floyd got out the ring against me in sparring" (Quit)

Exactly.
People have to remember that in sparring, you might just be working on a few specific things and get caught by something you're not really practicing for. It's also worth remembering that people are at different stages in their fitness in camp.
Put world champ in that's in his first day back in camp against someone that is 10-4 or something on their record but in good fighting shape, the better fighter can end up struggling.
That's why i never dismiss sparring rumours, a lot probably have some truth in them but at the same time, i'd never put too much stock in the rumour either. It's like the GGG dropping Kovalev in sparring. If Kovalev was just returning to camp and got hit by a body shot by GGG, i'd expect it to do damage.
You can tell people on here have never really been around boxing for real.Comment

Smart fighters LEARN and probably even win and lose the biggest battles in the gym! TRAIN hard to make the fights look easy! (Just look at the HIGH qaulity sparring fighters such as Wladimir Kiltschko & David Haye have had during there careers!).....
Also I remember a story that Chris Eubank told about his son! Eubank Senor deliberately higher ed a Cuban Heavyweight to beat up on his son Junior! Round after round, Chris Eubank Junior was beaten and at some points knocked out of the ring! (But not at any point did Eubank Junior quit! I believe it was then at this point? Eubank Senior stepped in, Mission accomplished!..
It is a testament to Floyd Mayweather's training ethic to even have a fighter like Errol Spencer Junior in his camp! (Usually fighters seem to go easier on themselves as they progress into the later stages of their careers!)...Last edited by PRINCEKOOL; 01-15-2018, 11:33 PM.Comment

I knew this already like most people are saying. I heard it was something along the lines of just getting his @ss beat and Floyd had nothing on him.
I also heard the same thing happened to Broner sparring SpenceComment

Yeah Floyds a bum now because he lost a couple sparring matches
I'm pretty sure he sparred Spence when he just got out of jail so he probably wasn't on top form but who cares
The only thing that matters is when the bright lights got turned on Mayweather always found a way to win.
It's funny that some people on here will do anything to discredit him and not acknowledge him as his eras bestComment
