Your "11th hour" bullshlt, once again, is just that.

    1. Roach said they would agree to testing.
    2. Koncz, who was with Manny according to him, said they would agree to testing....

But here is the important part. You said everything was mostly agreed to besides the venue.

Well look when the venue talk was being finalized:

    December 19th:

So looks like Pac's team had plenty of time to discuss drug testing....and decided it would be best to run away from this fight

Again, everything was agreed before, the blood testing. Then it came time for Floyd to sign, and then he dropped the blood testing.

And again, it was first mentioned as 30 days blood tests, when Manny agreed, Floyd said something to prevent the fight.

Any answers on Why Floyd then took 1-2 years out?

Which do you think Manny would have preferred?

That's obviously not true. You're lying or misinformed. You just said that the venue wasn't agreed upon yet.

Even in the contract, you don't see the venue.

It detailed that the bout would have been on HBO Pay-Per-View at a cost of $59.95. Billing was to be "Mayweather vs. Pacquiao, presented by Top Rank, Golden Boy Promotions, Mayweather Promotions and M-P Promotions in association with [approved sponsors and the site]."

The site was agreed upon around December 19th, so your 11th hour bullshlt just got thrown out of the window!

That's not true. You're either lying or misinformed. Mayweather never offered 30 days!!!! Prove it!!!

''Before the mediation, my team proposed a 14-day, no blood testing window leading up to the fight. But it was rejected. I am still proposing the 14-day window but he is still unwilling to agree to it, even though this is obviously a fair compromise on my part as I wanted the testing to be up until the fight and he wanted a 30-day cut-off.''

Do you mean 1-2 years off??? He fought the latter part of 2011. The fight was "proposed" for late 2010.....too bad Arum was negotiating with himself. Isn't this around the time that he once said he didn't have Mayweather's phone number or some shlt like that?

Man, I got to say I forgot about the 14 days thing. In retrospect, Manny was so obviously cheating.

Fighthype has a timeline series always refer to when somone disputes Manny and Co. roadblocking the fight.

When you look at the dates, it's impossible to take Pacqiuao's side on anything.

              Part 1
Over the past two years, there's been a lot of uncertainty amongst fans and media alike regarding the events surrounding the negotiations for the mega-fight between pound-for-pound champions Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao. In an effort to clear up the confusion, FightHype.com has put together an in-depth timeline detailing every major milestone that took place. From the moment that Floyd Mayweather came out of retirement to the minute that Manny Pacquiao's promoter Bob Arum declared the fight to be off, all of the major events that dominated the headlines are included. Only the facts are included in this definitive timeline. Links to mulitple outside references have been included for each date, so fans can draw their own conclusions as to what went wrong at each step of the way.

Yes, that proves what I said. Deal finalized everything agreed, then Floyd drops the blood test demands

              Thanks for proving me right.

Also states Mayweather falsely pushing for blood tests up to the day of the weigh in.

USADA has never done this because of health risk.

                    But Mayweather demanded it.

Mayweather's tests were also full of holes, leaving huge gaps for PEDs use.

Did Mayweather intentionally leave these gap so he could use PEDs.

Big career breaks also give huge windows to use any PEDs he likes

Whenever he had a break he always came back with more muscle mass
