Do you think there is a difference between 18 days and 14 days? Mayweather's team didn't think so and told Floyd to sign. Floyd said no and walked away from the fight.

And it was only the blood tests Pacquiao was saying no to.

Then when Pacquiao again, said let's get it on. Mayweather said, I not thinking about boxing and I want to take a year or two break.

A clear duck of a prime Pacquiao.

Still no explanation from you why Mayweather waited till the 11th hour when everything else was agreed to bring up blood testing?
Where are you getting 18 days from? 18 days was never offered.

Pacquiao turned down 50/50 with testing.

He then turned down 50/50 with a 14 day cut off.

When Mayweather tried to negotiate again, they said they had to build an outdoor arena.

Then that Pacquiao needed 7 months for a cut to heal.

    Pacquiao didn't want the fight.

You don't know when blood testing was brought up. You weren't involved in the negotiations.

It was claimed Pacquiao agreed to testing and then changed his mind when sent the contract.

Pacquiao put that on the table. Floyd said no.

Still no explanation why Floyd only brought up the blood testing once everything else was agreed.

Pacquiao's team reached out to Floyd after the Mosley fight, and said lets get it done and said if these blood test will get us the fight lets do it.

      What did Floyd say?

I posted the video of what he said. He said he wasn't thinking about boxing and wanted to take a year or two away from boxing.

      A blatant duck.

      Are you a coward yourself?

At worst, you're a liar and at best, you are uninformed.

There was no discussion of 18 days. Mayweather's team said they would accept 14 days, Pacquiao's team said 24 days.

14 days was more than reasonable and you know it. And where did you get this information that Mayweather's team told him to sign? The teams were in mediation, man. What the hell are you talking about????

And sign what? Mayweather signed the 50/50 contract. The signature that was missing was Pacquiao's.

And stop with your "waiting for the 11th hour" bullshlt. Where are you even getting that from. You're pulling this shlt out of your ass like you are pulling 18 days out of your ass. It's not going to work. You seem real butthurt that your boy refused to agree to anything except a whopping 24 day cut-off....

and in the end got 10% less and on cut-off, and wound up being blood tested 10 days before the fight.

Which do you think Pac would have wanted:

        50% and 14 day cutt-off
        or
        40% and 10 day cut-off.

Your boy shlt the bed. Give up.

Pacquiao says he'll agree to drug testing with a 24-day cutoff

Pacquiao's team wanted to compromised Floyd walked away.

Amazing how none of you can answer my questions and gloss over Floyd's blatant ducks.

Here's your explanation that you've been asking for:

On December 11, Golden Boy Promotions sent an eight-page contract to Top Rank, proposing a 50–50 financial split for a fight to take place on March 13, 2010.

In a video titled "Boxing Legend Freddie Roach Updates Us On Pacquiao" uploaded to YouTube on December 11, 2009, Pacquiao's trainer, Freddie Roach, revealed the first hint about Mayweather's request for Olympic-style drug testing

On December 13, 2009, Pacquiao's adviser, Michael Koncz, said Mayweather's request for Olympic-style drug testing was a laughing matter and they had no concerns whatsoever about it. "Our reaction is, 'So what?' We know Manny doesn't take any illegal drugs or anything. And none of this is getting under Manny's skin or anything. I'm here with Manny, and to him, it's like a joke. It's a laughing matter," said Koncz

                https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Floyd_...Manny_Pacquiao

So on the date that the contract was sent, Roach was already talking about the request for testing. Also, 2 days after that, Koncz said the testing was no problem. I guess that your "11th hour" bullshlt was simply bullshlt.

                  [B]
Promoter Bob Arum, of Top Rank, left Manila on Sunday, after a three-day visit in which he relayed an offer from Mayweather. Both fighters are guaranteed $25 million, before their shares in pay per view revenue

The fight could easily gross $100 million which, if it catches fire in the mainstream, could rise to $150 million. Arum insists the boxers' signatures "are a formality", but it is not so. The venue is yet to be decided, but at least the weight is set at 147lb, and at welterweight, that suits Mayweather.
Arum met with Mayweather, Floyd gave him a list of his demands. Arum went to Manila and and discussed the terms with Pacquiao.

Pacquiao agreed to all of Mayweather's terms. Only thing not decided was the venue.

Pacquiao did add it a clause that Mayweather had to make 147lbs and every pound over he would have to pay Pacquaio a Million.

And only then when everything was agreed, Pacquiao had agreed to all Floyd's terms, then Floyd brought out the blood testing.

The teams had been in negotiations since Pacquiao's destruction of Cotto in early November but not until the contract is almost done does Floyd try to duck with blood tests

What is the point of you posting that to me?

You said he offered 18 days, and now no more mention of that.

You said the testing was mentioned at the “11th hour,” and I just showed you that Roach knew about it by the time the contract was sent. Not only that, Koncz, who said he was WITH PACQUIAO two days after the contract was sent, said it was no problem.

So I don’t see your point. All I see is you continuing to squirm.
Again, 14 days was more than reasonable. This is over 7 years old man. Even Roach admits what went wrong here. Let it go.

Mayweather sent his list of request to Arum, in the first week of December. Only when Pacquiao agreed and sent the contract back in the 2nd week of December then Floyd brought up the drug testing.

Everything was agreed, apart from the venue, where it looked like the MGM after Floyd rejected Cowboys stadium.

Everything was done and then Floyd pulled the blood tests.
