Mayweather sent his list of request to Arum, in the first week of December. Only when Pacquiao agreed and sent the contract back in the 2nd week of December then Floyd brought up the drug testing.

Everything was agreed, apart from the venue, where it looked like the MGM after Floyd rejected Cowboys stadium.

Everything was done and then Floyd pulled the blood tests.
