I simply don't understand why this site states every moronic thing that Khan says. This is not headline worthy. He has not have a meaningful win in a while, was brutally put in a coma in his last KO loss and has been on the shelf for a long time.

Because Khan sells tickets and pushes the conversation. This is like up to page 5 in comments?

Any boxing fan knows Khan is not winning against Spence, Thurmond, Crawford or any other top fighter. But we also know for all his flaws he will throw every bit of himself into a fight, be entertaining, and leave it all in the ring. He will go down when punched clean, but he will throw leather until that point.

If every boxer had Khan's attitude in the ring, boxing would be the greatest sport on the planet.

Real talk, that'd actually be a pretty perfect fight for the first PBC/Zuffa Boxing card; two name fighters, neither with a real claim to anything in the current title scene (Broner just got skunked at 140, Amir Khan got left for dead 2 years ago in his reach at a Canelo payday), neither being destructive punchers at 147lbs (giving FOX the extended chance to sell the ad space), and the winner could return for a future PBC/Zuffa Boxing card (pair off against the potential Ortiz-Alexander winner or even a known fighter like Andre Berto).

If Khan EVER steps up at welterweight he will be found wanting .At lighter weights and just 7 pounds over this has happened .....the welterweights out there are just simply too much for this fragile kid.Apart from the payday with Canelo he has hand picked opponents who he has beaten , if he is to continue this is his only option.
