LMAO, Breadman with the "sonning" of the year.
Dude str8 roasted that Lomachenko stan.
Yeah, Loma's the best in the game right now (other than Crawford), but why the rush to crown him GOAT?
WE don't know how he's gonna age.
Mayweather was a buzzsaw at 130 and morphed into a totally different type (but still effective) fighter by the time he got to 154.
Let's see how Loma adjusts to 135, 140, 147 (which I dont think he'll get to) before we crown him.
And Floyd aint got the power to beat Hearns. HE's too big and his hands are too fast.
Hell, if SRL didn't stop him when he did, he was gonna win that fight too.
Hearns is seriously underrated now because of the Hagler & Leonard fights.Comment

Breadman stayed clear of comparing the mental ability of Leonard and Mayweather. We all watched Leonard make no significant adjustments against Duran in their first fight. A fight where Leonard held the physical advantages over Duran. If Leonard had half the boxing IQ of Mayweather he would have been able to make the necessary adjustments to beat Duran. Adaptability is Mayweather's greatest boxing trait and that was conveniently left out of the comparative analysis.Comment

Hamed before Barrera
Broner (Lower weights)
Diego before Floyd (Dan Raf even picked Diego)
GGG before Jacobs/Canelo
Loma (Loss to Salido is now but, but excuses)
Kovalov
*** Now Saunders is flavor of the month lmao...Comment

floyd would put loma in a body bag at 130. mofos need to calm all the way down.
i don't think davis is "scared" of loma. his promoter simply doesn't think its the right time. if they fight now that fight is only huge for hardcore fans. that matchup can build into something bigger same as loma vs mikey.
i agree loma should focus on cleaning out 130. davis doesnt even have a belt.
fighter of the year is hands down crawford. he became undisputed thats a huge deal in this era of infinite belts and politics.
trainer of the year is virgil hunter. his fighter ward had the biggest victory of the year. jermall beat heiland this year, jermell beat hatley and lubin, spence beat brook, loma beat sosa, marriaga and rigo. crawford beat diaz and indongo..
sergey kovalev is a better, more prime and elite opponent than all these guys combined. its an easy choice for me. hunter wins. and if not for bud becoming undisputed I would also pick ward for fighter of the year.
ray leonard is too much of a killer for mayweather. he can match his speed and slickness but also has killer instinct. he stops floyd late rounds.Comment

what makes you think he couldn't do the same to floyd jr., who is a natural lightweight, in 12 to 15 rounds...Comment

leonard can't beat floyd, if floyd can move up to 154 to beat oscar i'm sure he is capable of beating leonard at 147 too. only robinson would beat fmj at 147. floyd vs duran at 130-140 would be much more entertaining anyway.Comment

We take Floyd for Granted
1. Bread made a point about Floyd vs Maidana. Floyd was 37 years old. Fighting with a young beast. At 36 he humble a young Lion in Canelo.
2. Sugar got knocked around the ring by Hearns when he was 33. Dropped twice. Terry Norris beat him up a year later and held back because he loved Sugar and Light hitting Camacho Brutalized him when he was 40.
Bread's favorite fighter is Sugar Ray. So like any human being he leans slightly to his favorite.
The question needs to be asked, who is more likely to be knocked out Sugar Ray a guy who was dropped several times or Floyd a guy who has never been on his ass.
Who is more like to figure out a way to win, a guy who always figures out a way or a guy with losses.
They talk about the side difference, Floyd fought many bigger guys and won. Floyd has boxed, slugged, jabbed, played defense, and has done everything to win. I will take him over anyone in his history because he always figures it out.Comment
