    you casuals need to.....

    1) grow up, and get a clue
    2) put away your calculators, and never use them again
    3) use some common-sense
    4) stop making ridiculous excuses to justify why your pacifist girlfriend repeatedly killed that fight by ****ting the bed over weight

listen..... you can say that Golovkin did not have to negotiate on weight, but that brings up the question of his ****-talk, and unwillingness to take a risky fight unless it happens on his terms..... because there are now PLENTY of examples proving that point, as well as an admission from Sanchez that Golovkin will not fight unless it happens on his terms

you can also say that Canelo should have dumped the belt, which is correct imho.....

but, neither of those factors magically turned the A-side, Canelo, into a middleweight..... and neither of those factors justified why the B-side, Golovkin, ran around talking about 154 AFTER refusing to negotiate on weight with SUPERSTARS

    so, you're fooked

    just saying
    Boxing is about divisions.

    Divisions are about making weight.

Making weight is about being below the limit of the division.

making weight is NOT about making the minimum weight in the division above

FACT: it was clearly, plainly, obvious, that Canelo could make 154 whenever he wanted..... as he proved with Liam Smith

FACT: it was clearly, plainly, obvious, that Canelo was not a middleweight..... as he proved with Smith

        jesus h christ

I am having a conversation with someone on the other thread about how knowledgeable casual fans are, and about how easy boxing is to score

casual boxing fans should have bounties on their heads..... and should not be allowed to drive, vote, or procreate

Stop focusing on the division minimum, focus on the division maximum. Is Canelo making weight at 154? It's really pretty simple

..... and yet, now lil'G can live with Andre fkn Ward ?

            oh lordie
If Ward believed he could beat GGG, why did he run away?
Why didn't he agree to a catchweight?

Yes, it is really easy. You don't score rounds for the guy doing **** for 10 seconds just because it looks flashy.

but you are not right, because..... Golovkin has NEVER called anyone's "bluff" EVER

                  not Lara's, not Mora's, not Cotto's, not Canelo's, not Ward's

                  NONE !!

which is why Abel Sanchez admitted that Golovkin does not care about legacy, and will only take a fight on his terms

can you say..... CHICKEN ? !!!!
No calling of the bluff required, fishnets and Gomez readily admitted that they were avoiding the ggg fight so it wouldn't have mattered what was offered, they didn't want anything to do with ggg obviously, your boyfriend is a duck

                    no, the issue is.....

                    1) can Canelo make weight

                    2) does him CHOOSING not to, magically turn him into a middleweight

which boils down to you answering the question that I first asked you about a hundred pages ago.....

explain the FUNCTIONAL difference that .2lbs can make to a fighters performance?

                      Golovkin ducked him twice

don't be ridiculous kid, Ward would have DESTROYED Golovkin..... which is why Golovkin is now affectionately know as..... " lil'G "
