Where does the myth arise from that Vasyl Lomachenko has been a weight bully?

I don't think facts are appreciated. Probably gonna hear how HBO used fake stats, Arum paid them off or that it is indeed being a weight bully when you weigh less now for those fights.

You do realize that Vasyl Lomachenko was also competing at a weight division below at 126 pounds / 57 KG in the 2008 Olympics before he moved up to the 132 pounds weight division in the 2012 Olympics, right? In other words, Lomachenko won 2 Olympic gold medals in two different weight divisions.

              Here's the proof:

They got rid of his weight class after his first win, he had to move up to the weight class above

Firstly, Lomachenko has managed to make the official weight for every one of his bouts.

Secondly, these are his fight night weight against different opponents during his actual bouts:

                  1) Against Jose Ramirez (his debut opponent), he weighed 129 pounds and Ramirez weighed 135 pounds.

                  2) Against Orlando Salido, he was significantly outweighed and there isn't any dispute about that. Salido indisputably failed to make the official weight.

                  3) Against Gary Russel Jr, he weighed 138 and a half pounds whilst Gary weighed 138 pounds.

                  4) Against Nicholas Walters, he weighed 137 pounds whilst Waters weighed 136 pounds.

                  5) Against Jason Sosa, he weighed 139 pounds whilst Sosa weighed 142 pounds.

The only two smaller sized opponents were Rigondeaux and Marriaga who moved up in weight divisions to box against him. Otherwise, he is either outweighed by his opponents, or he outweighs his opponents by merely a pound.

So how exactly is Lomachenko picking on smaller opponents and where did this myth come from?

Do you know he was a lightweight in the amateurs, and on his 6 professional fights before before these 10 or 11 he has now? So yes, he went from 132 to 126, and now back to 130. Soon he will be fighting at 135-140 pounds.

Yes, I also know that when he was competing much earlier on in his career in the amateurs, he was competing in the 126 pounds weight division and then moved up to the 132 pounds weight division in the 2012 Olympics after the 126 pounds weight division was eliminated.

Not sure what your point is though!

That's a good point and it makes Lomachenko's success appear even more impressive as a result.
