The funny thing about this entire write-up is that, outside of Bivol who's still a prospect (we have no idea how good he is really; the Barrera fight will definitely sort out much of that), none of the three fighters have shown themselves to be determinably better than lineal light heavyweight champion Adonis Stevenson.
Disparage the man all folks want, he's arguably the biggest sheer puncher south of heavyweight, has nowhere near the wear on his body that he should (only put on boxing gloves at 25 years of age, a reasonably short amateur career, unsure of any gym wars on his clock, basically a 168lber fighting out of his division, etc), and still hasn't come across anyone who could actually figure out his style (everyone knows that the monster left is coming, but Stevenson hides it behind 6-8 different looks that all work).
Badou Jack's style ( fundamentals) is different, so let's see how he does, but Stevenson isn't as easy a mark as folks here have convinced themselves he is.Comment

One of the few sensible posts about Stevenson around here.Comment

Totally agree. And imo, Krusher is still #1 in the division. He can turn even more dangerous if this Arbror guy can fix some of his weak points and tune-up his best weapons (which would have never happened, had Kovalev kept that loser of JDJ as trainer...). Merry Christmas to every boxing fan.Comment

I really like bivol think it will be between him and Kovalev and imo bivol looks to have a good chin which might be the difference with a division that carrys so much power.Comment
