Wilder has tried to step up his competition, but the opponents kept getting busted for PED's. Just out of curiosity, would you respect his resume had those fights not fallen through?

Also, there are examples of people who are worthy but still not shown love by American fans. Serena Williams is a great example of a dominant black player who is often rooted against by American fans in favor of foreign players.

If the purpose of 'defense' it to get hit less than someone else overall in one's career, then Joshua does have better defense than Fury.

Let's compare Joshua's first 20 bouts to Fury's first 20 bouts. Fury has been knocked down twice. Once by Steve Cunningham and once by Nevan Pjakic. He has been hit multiple times with damaging punches from both and he also arguably lost one of his bouts John Mcdermott, where he took a lot punches too.

On the other hand, the only moments where Joshua took significantly damaging punches were against Wladimir Klitschko where he was dropped only once and once against Dillian Whyte where he took one damaging punch. Otherwise, he was dropped fewer times than Fury and has taken lesser damage overall compared to Fury.

So I ask you objectively. How does Joshua not have a better defense than Fury?

That is totally subjective (your personal preference) and has no relevance on how skilled a boxer is. I'm not even a big Golovkin fan, but if you think Jirov is a more skilled boxer than Golovkin or Golovkin isn't top 10 one of the most skilled boxers, defensively and offensively today, then you are either ignorant of boxing, or a hater of Golovkin that is in denial, or a combination of both.

Can't have any respect for a guy who dodged questions about fighting Klitschko for 2 long years.
He saw Joshua dismantle Klitsch and all of a sudden he wants a superfight with a guy who beat the guy he avoided.
